The Code Runner app is a real-time, interactive, healthcare reference solution relating to the management of critical medical events.
The app is the best way to manage a medical code on the go and allows healthcare professionals to easily reference how to manage critical medical events in accordance with the current American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. Understanding the need for easy communication and evaluation during a medical code, Code Runner developed an app as the perfect complement to The Code Runner web application. The app is designed to aid in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiac arrhythmias by providing a continuous list of timed prompts according to the current ACLS guidelines in real time, while recording all care as it is delivered to the patient.
It is a simple way to keep all items referenced and tracked in one location. Designed with all the necessary logic to limit and adjust medication doses according to dosing limits, the Code Runner app records each defibrillation, medication, and cardiac rhythm change during an arrest. The app tracks everything allowing healthcare providers to think critically about why the patient is coding in the first place.
When a code is completed, the app generates a summary report noting the total code time and the timestamp of all performed interventions. These detailed code summary reports can be reviewed in the app at any time. In addition, the app includes automatic data synchronization to the secure data warehouse, as well as comprehensive individual and enterprise analytics.
